Cancellation Policy

Duke City Golf Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and time. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If Duke City Golf must cancel due to severe weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Duke City Golf will make every effort to accommodate date changes when requested in advance. Event Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space and access for setup and operation of the simulator. Duke City Golf reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for equipment operation.
